Definitions

Licensee = the purchaser of the asset(s)

License = your right to use the purchased asset(s)

Asset(s) = the digital product(s) you purchase from ChristineGabrielle.com

End Product = the product you create from the purchased assets

Personal vs Commercial Use

Personal Use

• only for personal purposes
• does not involve promoting a business
• does not involve the exchange of money

Commercial Use

• involves promoting a business (yours or someone else’s)
• involves the exchange of money (directly or indirectly)

Uses

Assets purchased under the Personal Use license may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Assets purchased under the Commercial Use license may be used for commercial and/or personal purposes.

Workbook Templates (Commercial Use License)

With the Commercial Use License, you may use the workbook templates for your personal use and/or for your company’s use. You may distribute your edited version of the workbook (up to 1,000 times physically or digitally) provided your workbook’s design is edited to be different than the original template. Templates may not be redistributed without significant personalization—whether or not payment is received.

Social Media Templates (Commercial Use License)

With the Commercial Use License, you may use the social media templates in one business social media set (one account per platform) owned and managed by you, the licensee.

Digital Journals (Personal Use License)

With the Personal Use License, you may download the Digital Journal(s) and save to your personal device(s) or print for your personal use only. Digital Journals may not be reproduced or redistributed in any manner, whether or not payment is received.

Invitation & Party Set Templates (Commercial Use License)

With the Commercial Use License, you may create and distribute an unlimited number of invitations and accompanying items within the Party Set Templates for your personal use. For business-related uses, you may create and distribute up to 1,000 invitations and accompanying items within the Party Set Templates. Your invitation(s) design must be edited so it is different than the original template. Templates may not be redistributed without personalization—whether or not payment is received.

• share asset(s) or make it public in any way that allows others to access the asset without purchasing it from ChristineGabrielle.com
• resell unmodified assets
• resell any asset in a way that results in direct competition with the original asset
• allow customization of the asset by anyone other than the Licensee for commercial or non-commercial purposes
• use the asset in material that is fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or harassing
